Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, sales, or new product launches.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, or FedEx Ground, depending on your location and order size.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Oversized or fragile items (such as candles or glass products) may require additional handling time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pretty Girl Hustle is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we’ll be happy to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup (Optional)

Customers near our storefront at 7120 Calumet Ave, Hammond, IN can select Local Pickup at checkout. Orders will be ready within 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup hours:
Tuesday–Friday 3:00 PM–7:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday 11:00 AM–6:00

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. Please allow up to 48 hoursfor tracking information to become available.
